Clean, safe, and managed daily. Materials show up when they’re supposed to. Phases don’t overlap.
Daily check-ins, clear expectations, and someone who actually answers the phone. If something changes, you’ll know before you show up.
We’re not looking for one-off subs. We want partners who stick around, grow with us, and become part of the core team.
Right now, we’re actively looking for tile installers, finish carpenters, cabinet installers, flooring specialists, drywall finishers, and painters. But if you’re in a different trade and you’re looking for consistent work with a solid GC, reach out anyway.
If you have a crew, great. If you work solo and want to stay that way, that’s fine too. We care more about quality, reliability, and communication than team size.
We pay on agreed terms, usually net 15-30 days after invoice depending on the project. No chasing, no excuses. Change orders are handled transparently and approved before work starts.
We run multiple projects year-round across Northern Colorado. Once you’re in our rotation and we trust your work, you’ll have consistent opportunities.
